Return & Refund Policy

 

At NEVER KNOW, every piece is crafted with care in small batches, often made-to-order, using premium fabrics sourced from Japan and family mills. Due to the nature of our production:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
• Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the rare case of a defect, damage during shipping, or a shipping error (wrong item sent).
• To request a return or exchange under these conditions, please contact us at info@neverknow.us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the item and the issue.
• The item must be unused and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Lifetime Repair Guarantee
Even if a return is not possible, all NEVER KNOW garments come with a lifetime repair service. We will repair any garment that wears out over time (excluding misuse) to ensure longevity and preserve the integrity of the piece.

As a small artisanal brand, we focus on craftsmanship, longevity, and sustainability. Limiting returns allows us to maintain small batch quality, reduce waste, and offer you garments that are built to last.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
