Sustainability

We approach sustainability as a set of practical choices. How we produce, how we design, and what we use. Our goal is simple. Make fewer, better garments that stay in use for a long time.

Made-to-order, limited production

Most of our pieces are made to order. This allows us to produce what’s actually needed, avoid dead stock, and reduce waste across the supply chain.

Designed to fit more people

Our silhouettes are intentionally relaxed and genderless. A more flexible fit extends the life of a garment. It can be shared, re-worn across seasons, and passed on regardless of gender or exact sizing.

Materials and construction that last

We work with certified Italian and Japanese fabrics, Isosoft insulation from Belgium, and reliable trims and zippers sourced from trusted manufacturers in Japan, Italy, and China. We avoid animal-origin materials and prioritize natural fibers and post-consumer synthetics when they make sense for performance and durability.

Each Never Know garment is assembled start to finish by a single maker, with hands-on quality control. This approach takes time. Made-to-order lead times are typically 2 to 5 weeks depending on the piece and current demand. It supports consistency, repairability, and long-term wear.

Minimal packaging

We keep packaging to the essentials. Recyclable or reusable shipping bags and biodegradable garment bags where applicable. We avoid unnecessary extras like cards, hangtags, and seals to reduce waste.
