Sustainability

We are committed to taking action to have a positive impact on life every day and want to share our sustainable principles:

1. Made-to-order production:

We produce what people need without generating excess garments and dead stock, reducing waste and our operational footprint.

2. Genderless and intentionally oversized design:

Our designs fit most people, allowing you to share clothing with your partner or pass it on to your kid or friend, regardless of gender and size.

3. Highest quality materials:

We use certified Italian and Japanese fabrics, Belgium insulations Isosoft, and high-quality trims and zips from trusted Chinese manufacturers. We avoid using animal-origin materials and focus on natural fibers and post-consumer synthetic materials. Each NEVER KNOW garment is entirely assembled by one person as it used to be in a couture atelier to ensure attention to quality, resulting in a 3-5 week lead time for made-to-order orders. Finally, each garment is inspected and packaged with care and love.

4. Minimal packaging:

We use only necessary packaging, such as reusable and recyclable delivery bags and biodegradable garment bags by Better Packaging Co, avoiding unnecessary items like postcards, notes, hanging tags, and control seals to reduce waste.

5. Direct-to-consumer sales:

We sell only directly to consumers without retailers involved, offering fair prices without hidden retailer markup.
