Returns and Exchanges

At Never Know, each piece is produced in small quantities, often made to order, using carefully sourced materials. We aim to keep the experience thoughtful and consistent, and we will always do our best to help if something is not quite right.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us and we will try to accommodate an exchange, subject to availability. When appropriate, we can also offer an exchange for another item of equal value.

All exchanges must be requested and approved before any item is sent back.

Returns

We do not offer standard returns for change of mind. Returns are accepted only in the rare case of a manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or a fulfillment error such as the wrong item received.

How to request

Please email info@neverknow.us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue. If approved, we will provide next steps and return instructions.

Item condition

Items must be unused and returned in original condition, including all tags, packaging, and any accessories. Items sent back without an approved request will not be accepted.

Lifetime Repair Service

Every Never Know garment is covered by a lifetime repair service. We will repair wear that occurs through normal use to support longevity and preserve the integrity of the piece. Damage caused by misuse is not covered.

Why this policy exists

We operate on a small scale with limited production. Keeping returns limited and handling exchanges by request helps us maintain consistency, reduce unnecessary waste, and keep each release focused.
